Process: Throughout the creation process, I will provide progress updates to ensure the artwork aligns with your expectations.

Completion: Upon completion, the final piece will be delivered or shipped after the balance is paid in full.

Refunds: As each piece is unique and made to order, refunds are not available once work has begun.

Changes: Minor adjustments can be made during the process; however, major revisions after final approval may incur additional costs.

If you wish to cancel your order, we understand the urgency and will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that our processing time is fast, which means the window for cancellations is relatively small.
