We ship worldwide from Virginia, USA. Each artwork is handled as a one-of-a-kind object and prepared with care, intention, and protective packaging designed for safe travel and long-term storage.
Processing & Dispatch Timing
Because each piece has its own conditions, shipping timelines vary slightly by work type:

- In-stock original works ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS within 5 business days. Shipping and Handling

Delivery Estimates & Carrier Delays
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.
International Orders (Customs + Duties)
International collectors are welcome. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs timelines can vary and may impact delivery speed.
Packaging Standard
Each piece is packed to its unique dimensions and material requirements, with layered protection suitable for transit and storage. If you are acquiring a heavier work, we may recommend signature confirmation or additional carrier safeguards.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because these works are one-of-a-kind and handled with care, please review the following before purchase:
- You may request to cancel within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. Shipping and Handling
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once proof is approved and production has started. Shipping and Handling
- If a cancellation request is not confirmed within the 12-hour window, the sale is considered final.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the artwork so we can assist.
