Embracing one's sexuality and fostering a sex-positive attitude is a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and responsible decision-making. My own journey towards understanding the significance of sexual health and responsibility began with a deep-seated fear of the potential consequences of unprotected sex, particularly the risk of pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
Growing up, I was acutely aware of the life-altering implications that careless sexual encounters could have. The fear instilled in me was not unwarranted; after all, a simple lapse in judgment could change the course of one's life forever. This awareness, however, was not meant to suppress or demonize sexuality but rather to underscore the importance of informed choices.
Plan A represents just that. Contraception and practicing safe sex are not just about avoiding pregnancy; they are about safeguarding one's overall health and well-being. This knowledge is empowering because it puts control back into YOUR hands. It allows you to explore your desires and relationships without being paralyzed by fear.
Embracing your sexuality is intimately tied to self-confidence and self-worth. When you understand the importance of safeguarding your body, it becomes a reflection of your self-respect. It's about recognizing your intrinsic worth and demanding that others treat you with the same respect and care.
Children are undoubtedly beautiful, and our bodies are the vessels through which we bring life into the world. That's a profound responsibility. It's not about shaming or vilifying sex; it's about acknowledging its gravity and being mindful of the choices we make.
Sex, when consensual and safe, can indeed be a beautiful and fulfilling aspect of life. However, after experiencing the potential consequences of meaningless escapades, such as unplanned pregnancies or the transmission of STIs, one begins to question the motivation behind exposing themselves to such risks. It raises the question: What is the true value of these encounters?
Sexual health and responsibility are not enemies of pleasure but rather its allies. Being smart about your sexual choices doesn't diminish the fun; it enhances it.

The Mind•Full•Ness® Collection represents the many pieces of me - the good, the fun… and the not so fun life experiences that remain as lingering memories of mine or that are a reflection of some innermost facet of my being; while others are just random concepts that for some reason my mind couldn’t resist bringing to fruition and literally can be interpreted as or represent SO many other powerful ideas and concepts life's journey has revealed.
There are so many common, individual objects, things and baubles that when brought together and placed in this medium of expression - within each face - create what I believe is truly an unexpected but amazingly unique final piece of art.
I’m excited that the Mind•Full•Ness® Collection has piqued your interest and I hope that at least one piece makes you smile or resonates with you in its own distinctive way. This has been a much needed therapeutic and reenergizing passion project of mine and I truly feel that it’s helped me process and overcome some of the challenges that have been holding me back while inspiring me to stretch and grow, reclaim my artistic voice, realign my energy and rediscover who I am and what drives me in life.
The Universe provides so many opportunities in the form of challenges and victories and it is what we do with those opportunities to manifest our desired reality that determines our happiness.
